Refund policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you can change your mind and withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item of your order, if it arrives in several parcels), without giving any reason.

To use this right, email us at bassouadam30@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return, before the 14 days run out. You can write in your own words or use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

2. Sending the items back

• Once you have told us, you have 14 days to send the items back. We will reply with the return address.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
• Items must be returned complete, in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item (for example, a used or damaged whisk or bowl).
• We recommend a tracked shipping method, since we cannot refund a parcel that never reaches us.

3. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, any food product that has been opened cannot be returned.

4. Your refund

We refund the full price of the returned items, plus the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the items (or proof that you have sent them) before refunding. The refund is made with the same payment method you used, at no extra cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard (such as Express), we only refund the price of standard delivery.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, and you will not pay any return costs.

6. Legal guarantees

In addition to the above, all products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

7. Customers outside the EU

If you live outside the EU, you can also return unused items within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions. Customs duties or import taxes cannot be refunded by us.
