1. Who we are

These Terms of Service and Sale ("Terms") apply to every order placed on the Store by a consumer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We may update these Terms; the version that applies is the one online on the day of your order.

2. Products

We sell matcha and coffee brewing kits, accessories and drinkware. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Ceramic and bamboo items are made by hand, so small differences in colour, glaze or shape from the photos are normal and are not defects.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and are final prices, excluding shipping. We may change our prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you placed your order. 4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment fails or if we suspect fraud; in that case you will be fully refunded. You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped by emailing us.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you designate.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Full details and the withdrawal form are in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity, you can ask for the item to be repaired or replaced, or, if that is not possible, for a price reduction or a refund. These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial guarantee.

9. Use of the products

Follow the care and use instructions on each product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear.

10. Intellectual property

The Leaf & Beans name, logo, texts and visuals on this Store belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
