- Rest of the world: €29
The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, mostly in Asia. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then the estimated delivery times are:
- France and European Union: 8 to 15 business days
- France, Express: 6 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
These times are estimates. Delays can happen during busy periods (holidays, sales events) or because of customs checks. If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund you.
Several parcels
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay shipping once.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show the first updates.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders delivered in the European Union, the price you pay at checkout is final: there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs on delivery. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully: we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at bassouadam30@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we will send a replacement or refund you.
