Everything you need for a proper bowl of matcha, in one box. A hand-glazed ceramic bowl with a pouring spout, a 100-prong bamboo whisk and its ceramic holder, a bamboo scoop and a fine stainless sieve for a smooth, lump-free cup.
What's in the box
- Ceramic matcha bowl with spout (approx. 450 ml)
- Bamboo whisk (chasen), 100 prongs
- Ceramic whisk holder, keeps the whisk's shape
- Bamboo scoop (chashaku)
- Stainless steel powder sieve
How to use
- Sift 2 scoops of matcha into the bowl.
- Add 70 ml of water at about 80 °C.
- Whisk in a quick M or W shape for 15–20 seconds until frothy.
Matcha powder not included. Rinse the whisk in warm water after use and let it dry on its holder.
Glazes are kiln-finished, so each piece is slightly unique.
